I agree with everybody's discussion, but one more thing that I must add is that what these people do is to call at your present job ask to speak with the supervisor to let he/her know that they have someone to fill the position that you are still holding, and letting them know that you are looking for another job. Yes, they are the worse to do business with.

At least you got an interview with them, I haven't even had a reply for positions I am well qualified for and until reading this, thought they didn't even exist.

They only post fake jobs in Florida - there are no jobs in Florida at this time due to the economy and housing crisis which started in Florida.

They simply try to fill up their database with "candidates" so they can go to companies and say "look, we have over 1,000 candidates to choose from".

Not to mention you have to sign your life away and access to all your personal and private data that any scrub at RHI can look up and use/steal at any time. Considering they hire just about anyone who claims to be a recruiter to work there - this alone is very dangerous. Do not sign any contract with RHI that gives them access to your personal/private data.

I had a recruiter at Robert Half call my manager and tell her that I was looking for a job. They were personal friends. Now how ethical is that?
