You aren't going to get the job. They interview eveyone and do not call back unless you are mid age, not to young or old. If you aren't wearing a power suit don't bother. Also if you have the qualifications they are looking for to get the jobs they claim to have. You can get the job directly and they won't take a cut of your earnings. Even if they tell you you are not paying for the service, you will get lower pay because the company has to pay their fee.
