Robert Half is an abusive, greedy, nasty, horrible company

16 years ago I had the misfortune of working for Robert Half for a few months. While I was employed there, I was ridiculed because of my weight, verbally abused, lied to, and was fired for asking if I could give a discount to a non-profit organization. Now, much more wise and mature, I am a key decision maker for a Web design firm and have been here for 10 years. Robert Half and their affiliate companies call me all the time asking me if we have any open positions. I have repeatedly told them to stop calling me and my company. Of course they completely disrespect me and continue to call me. It makes me so angry when they call because it reminds me of such a terrible time in my life. I have written them numerous letters to try and get us off their call list, to no avail. They treated me so badly that I wait in joyful hope for the day they go under.

The next time somebody contacts you, ask for the name of their regional manager, then have somebody with either your legal or HR group contact that individual with the instructions that you're not to receive further phone calls. Hope this helps.

Sue them for harassment if they do not stop the unwanted calls!
