I've had bad experiences with RH for 20 years

Amazing that so many people have had problems with this company -- I consult often & so am looking for work frequently as each contract ends. I've interviewed with Robert Half/RHI & its branches many times over the past 20 years, and have also never received offers from them, despite everything from very high scores on their software tests to a tremendous amount of experience. I've also felt that their staffers were kind of strange at times, and once noticed a directory labeled "CIA" in the software test path name -- which made me wonder if they're a front organization to find suckers for government jobs that no one else wants. They do indeed seem to be a big waste of time. Other agencies are so much better, and I'd strongly recommend trying other places first.

CIA is an internal job board for Robert Half. When a job order is entered into Robert Half's database, it posts to what is "CIA." CIA feeds to Monster, CareerBuilder, etc. Not a front, but again, watch for those jobs starting with 9.
