I am a recruiter for the Staffing Industry and I used to work for RHI for several years. I represent several terrific companies with outstanding opportunities all over the country. If you are ever interested in leaving RHI and considering opportunities within the staffing industry please let me know.

If you have had anything to do with Robert Half we know what you are all about. Robert Half - by whatever name they choose on their postings - would be better named Robert Half-Assed because that's what they are, a half assed hack group of "recruiters" who can't find any other type of job so they email resumes around. Just ask your "recruiter" a few questions and you'll see they have no clue what they are doing, who the hiring manager is or what skills are needed...this co is horrible and 99% of the time they do not even respond because their postings are fake - they just collect resumes |

The worst recruiters and staffing firm in the market, they always lie to applicants to collect resumes, if there is opportunity that won't match your backgrounds you'll be told that our client cancelled this position... sorry !! I am CPA / CIA / MBA with 12 years public accounting experience and tried to apply to postings with RH in different states but all failed because they'd like to rip me off and pay me 25-30 per hour with no transportation or any other benifits !! beware !!! |

During my perpetual job search (10 months and counting) I signed up with Robert Half in Richmond. I was assured of being placed (as a contractor) very quickly - which never happened. In fact, in spite of seeing many jobs which I am qualified for listed by RHI on job sites , RHI has yet to actually contact me directly for one of these jobs. Meanwhile, I was asked to interview for an internal account exec position. After four visits to the office, including role playing, sitting in the "bullpen" and monitoring calls, etc.; I was told that they went with someone else. This was obviously the best thing that has happened to me since being laid off I realize, but what a complete joke. Four interviews, all just before midday, and not once was I offered so much as a cup of coffee by these clowns - not to mention a cheap lunch. What a bunch of lying, cheap hucksters. Since then I have gotten no calls, emails, etc. - nothing. Who are these morons and how do they stay in business? If I was good enough to warrant FOUR interviews for an internal position - wouldn't you think I'd be at the top of their list for placement or a contractor position? What a complete scam. I helped them meet their metrics for those weeks, pure and simple. |
