Again a lie...we do not blast resumes. If your resume was in front of 100 people and you had to be pushed into 1 - then you should be honored that 1 out of 100 wanted you. Collect a fee and run....RHI is one of the only firms offering a client/hiring manager a garauntee. If you are unhappy, leave, or get fired - we have to pay back our simple fee on your minimal salary. Get it right before you ramble...probably what you do on the job, why you are out of work, and why a 4 billion dollar firm can't even help you. |

the truth of the matter is RHI is still a business. they aren't a non-profit- of course they want to make money. if you're a valuable candidate, trust me, they'll find you a job. if you're not as marketable and companies won't pay a fee for you, then forget about it. RHI is in it to find jobs but they charge the companies a fee also, so if they know you won't earn a fee, why would they spend more time with you? this is the truth so don't whine and get upset. RHI does not go around saying they are this world peace and beat hunger organization- they stand for good business partnerships and waht makes sense financially so if you can't contribute to that model somehow, try another avenue. |

Don't let them fool you, they make their excessive fees preying on ALL candidates, if you don't have the best presentation (in their warped eyes) they will use all the information you provide aganist YOU, the top canidates are easy placements. Candidates with the best presentation don't need the likes of RH those folks can do it on their own, why let RH make money off of your past success? F... every and all Robert Half associates the organization is EVIL. |
