About getting their face out

A quick look on Google will place Robert Half on EVERY social network out there. About the first 5 pages contain only like 5 links to job postings, the rest is their one main sites and their social networking sites. They are trying to get as many contacts on both ends as possible, which when over whelmed end up with one side usually job seekers as their numbers are greater left tot he way side.

Maybe they should focus more on just placing job seekers to jobs more then getting in contact with every job seeker and business.

Another practice they do I've seen is cattle calling, listing part time temp contract work but bring in 10-20 people to train and talk about the same job. You'll get the training...but the work likely only one of you. Cattle calls are for the most part a waste of time for job seekers unless they can afford the gas and time for the little extra training.

More on Robert Half. For EVERY job seeker regardless of length of work given they have them fill out a booklet of paper work as if they are going it a top secret full time position. This time frame can be as little as a 1-2 two assignment.
