Heads don't roll @ Half! No way, they don't give a crap as long as the BM's are stargazed with the "model", connects, and going to "Reach". Jesus! its sickening. Techies, if you're not put to work, you're not ready for "their kind of service"....and its that simple there. Really, you're a number and that will NEVER CHANGE. They're happy with 60% internal attrition as long as the stock is good, the almighty Max Messner (with a sigh..) posts a "Milestone", and there's some kind of office drama going on. don't bother building a relationship, its gone next month. If you live the model and put family 2nd, you're good. |

That's funny.. I work here, am doing well and I still manage to have time at home. I get in at 7:30AM (by choice) and get off at 5:30PM (by choice) daily and still manage to make my goals and help my team reach their goals as well. As far as "heads rolling", you have got to be kidding me. We have several req's open right now for sales and recruiters and as of recent we were needing 63 sales individuals throughout Texas. Where are these "facts" coming from? |
