RHIT Got me Fired from a Job where I was working under a different agency

The RHIT rep kept asking me questions about my job and I had worked for RHIT in the past. After being hounded for weeks by the RHIT agency I told the person that I did not want to loose my job by discussing a problem within the company. This RHIT Recruiter swore to me that she would not mentioned what I said to her. The next day she went the the HR office where I worked and told them everything I said. When I was let go from the assignment she said I am so sorry I was trying to help. She said "I won't feel the project that you were let go from, and I promise to find you another job. She told me to keep checking with her and I did. She started avoiding my calls I never heard back from here and this happened in 2006. Later I got a call from another RHIT recuriter that said they had a job for me. When I ask about the recuriter that opened her fat mouth and got me fired she said oh shes working on something for you. Later through the grapevine from where I was fired I heard that she did replace me with someone from RHIT. Its not 2007 and they have yet to assist me. Its all about money for some of these agencies they hire people to get pay a large amount and offer you the least they can that is how they get rich. I now work as a independent contrator for a large company assisting them with IT orders but I do plan to contact the CEO to let them know what RHIT did for my career. NOTHING!!

It is time to talk to a lawyer, for interference with prospective business advantage, a tort. This is where a person interferes with [in this case] your job. They have no right to interfere with your job, earning and income. Make sure that you sue and name that person as a defendant as an individual, and as an agent for the head hunter. You should get about 3xs your salary and attorney's fees and cost on top of the claim.... In your state, you may be able to use Federal Court, and generally Fed Judges HATE employment agencies.

you didn't work for the client - you worked for the AGENCY that was paying you. RHT didn't get you fired from the AGENCY did they? if not, then you're up the proverbial creek.
