Host	It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at Robert Half Technology? Any advice on striking the right note? Reply - Report abuse
Ex-RHI Recruiter in Lenoir City, Tennessee 62 months ago	Don't worry about it, because the recruiters are so technically challenged that they have no clue what technical questions to ask. You need only be prepared to answer questions such as: Why did you leave your last job? How much money do you want? etc... Former RHT'er 61 months ago	You couldn't be farther from the truth. RHT staff are very savvy and technically inclined from a recruiter perspective. BWT20Racer in Pleasanton, California 61 months ago	I agree. I have a different interview process but it can be technical at times. I only hire on my team individuals who have experience in Technology and are educated in the Technology arena. I myself have three degrees, several technology certifications and have 10 years IT experience (some military, some owning my own companies and various other). - Was this comment helpful? Jewels1962 in Pleasanton, California 50 months ago	you guys are pretty bitter RHT has gotten me great contract their recruiter all have a IT background - FYI in the contracting business only the cream of the crop get picked up.
