The average life span of a RHI employee is 3-6 months. Do the math. |

When you are interviewed for an internal position here, it is CLEAR that this is a performance based position. Yes, sometimes and interview with an internal candidate only shows so much. You hire them on, their references are great, they get going - asking questions and all excited - then they don't make it. There is a lot of money to be made here but at the same time you have to work for it - any reasonable person raised with good work ethic knows that. Yes, turnover can be high at times. The average tenure in my office alone is about 2.5 years though. It depends on a lot of factors. I guess my word of advice to most is, just like it is explained in the interview process - you will work when you are hired on. |
