Robert Half

The worst. Had a boyfriend who worked for them and quit due to their ethics. They primarily mine and prosepct and do indeed lie to you. They ask you in for interviews for jobs that do noit exist and are not very professional nor organized.

A lot of times they do not even have the advertised job to fill. And they are not alone in their evil ways. There are a few others that are terrible to deal with. When my boyfriend quit he even received calls from that ofice and other offices...he said a few choice words and hung up on them.

All the management for Greenville, Sptg, etc is located in Charlotte. They have no clue what is going on in these offices. These visit them maybe once every 2-3 months. They continually let good people leave and do not care. In Greenville they have had over 40 people come and go in a little over 2 years. It averages to someone leaving or getting fired every 28 days. It's sick, all they do is turn and burn people.

I recently had a bad experience with the Robert Half folks in Greenville, SC. I had interviewed at a company lined up via Robert Half, and the job looked OK, but not great -- it would pay the bills, anyway. However, minutes after getting out of that interview I received an offer from another company I had previously interviewed at (not with Robert Half).

When I told the contact at Robert Half about accepting the offer, this person lied to me about the company I was going to work for, trying to convince me to stick with them instead. Strangely enough, this company has hired Robert Half in the past to find people for them. I've already informed them of the inappropriate behavior so that they can choose to use a different service in the future.

I'll never use Robert Half again and I intend to share this story with friends and coworkers who mention going through them for work.

Reprehensible.

I recently tried to apply to a job posting here in JAX, FL and had to go thru robert half technologies. Not only was the front desk RUDE when i tried to have them help me with directions when lost, when i got there, i was not greeted kindly. When my interviewer finally came to get me, he said we had to reschedule. I new I was late but asked if i should still come in and i was told yes. So i paid for parking only to be told we couldnt go thru with the interview. Upon applying for anothe position, i have gotten nothing but the run around! I have left SEVERAL messages for the staffing person to call me back to assure he got my resume and after many messages i still have not heard back. I was not expecting an interview...just assurance he recieved my resume (as i felt i fit the qualifications of a few job listings they posted and felt they might find me a good fit for one of them) The receptionist on the phone was cold and un helpful. I would tell her my name and that i had a question and i'd be shoved right into voicemail over and over again without any solution. I find this VERY un professional. In the type of economy we are in, it is hard to find jobs, and when you try to turn to a staffing agency that handles alot of clients, you feel stranded when they arnt even willing to help. DO NOT USE Rober Half Technologies!!! They are not out to help you.
