Robert Half offered me a position with a prestigious company in Minnesota. I was told a start date, salary, and contact at the place of employment. I quit the job I had, and a week before my new start, Robert Half called to tell me the job was no longer available. My old position was filled, and I was suddenly without a job. A few weeks later I was called on another position they had available. After asking if I was interested, they did not contact me about it again. After another week or two of emails back in forth, I was contacted by another recruiter for the same position. Figuring RH had written me off, I asked the other recruiter to represent me on the position. I contacted RH to make sure they had not produced my information to the position in question. After Robert Half realized I was pursing the position without me, they suddenly showed interest in trying to get me hired on. I met with the company, and that day was offered the position. The weekend passes, and I get a call from Robert Half, telling me that I will need to attend training for 3 weeks to the tune of a schedule that did not work for me. Robert Half was well aware of what my availability is, and knows full well that I could not meet the required schedule. Long story short, Robert Half coerced me to quit my job, then failed to deliver on two positions they offered me. |

I should at emphasis that Robert Half had contacted me on both positions stating "Congratulations! You start on this date!". I had taken drug tests and background checks on both positions. There is no confusion about whether or not I had the position. |
