Do you work at Robert Half Technology? How did you find the job? How did you get that first interview? Any advice for someone trying to get in? |

Ex-RHI Recruiter in Lenoir City, Tennessee said: Wear a suit and carry plenty of KY jelly. It is amazing the type of information that one says about their previous employer. I have worked for RHT for quite some time now as a recruiter and am known as one of the best in the company so I can share a lot of information. It isn't rocket science, but unfortunately there are so many candidates out there and we can't connect with them all. As with any other company, find out the names of the recruiters that are there at that particular office and contact them directly. Ask the receptionist for the e-mail address of the recruiter and of course apply for a position that your skills match up with. The great recruiters recognize determination and appreciate that so we put in extra effort to get that candidate placed. Keep in mind RHT is like any other staffing firm when it boils down to it. Our clients pay a premium for the best candidates that are in the marketplace, and unfortunately we aren't able to represent everyone. We are free service to everyone. My goal is to have the candidate leave my office better off then when he/she walked in whether I will be able to place them or not. I know that my opinion won't be shared by all, but I enjoy my job of helping people find employment and building great relationships. |

I can't believe I am hearing this. Of course, there is "cancer" everywhere. I choose not to be around that. Do you work at Robert Half Technology? Yes, I do. I am a Director here.

I am currently being offered a job at RHT as a Account Executive. I am a hard worker, but I do not live to work, I live to live. Do these guys expect you to live to work? Also, around how many hours a week does an Account Executive put in? |
