Every business has it's own style. What is the office environment and culture like at Robert Half Technology? Are people dressed in business casual, jeans and t-shirts, or full-on suits? Do folks get together for Friday happy hours and friendly get-togethers? What is a typical day in the life of an employee at Robert Half Technology? |

Office environment isd a pressure cooker, complete with 3-foot interconnected cubicles. You can touch your coworkers on their shoulder from the comfort of your worn out chair. Dress is business formal...except when you get rewarded with the option to wear jeans on special Firdays. Employees often get together to drink, complain about work, and discuss which other companies might be hiring for their skill sets. All RHI employees want to be internal corporate recruiters for a bank, hospital, etc. Constant beat-downs, threats of firing, and endless frustration is the typical day for an RHI employee. |

If you do not meet your "connects" you will get harassed by the managers, district mamangers, regional mamangers. Nothing is ever enough. Even when you make it to the top of all sales reports, noone will congratulate you becasuse it's not enough. Only a few sales reps will survive. Thhose that are cut throat and willing to do anything to backstab you and get your business. When this happens they have the management under their control and will get away with everything. RHI has a reputation in this area for high tunover and and in my personal opinion very, very unprofessional. Dress is professional-business casual. Sometimes a casual day but that is when you stay in all day long and don't go out on sales calls. The typical day at RHT is regretting you ever took that job. Hating the mornign drive. Atfirst you might like it...then you will hate it. Run...Run as fasat aas you can! |

Then I really began hating it. The last 6 months I was there were spent thinking of alternative jobs and f-ing off. |

I am currently an employee for RHT (manager). We have a LOT of fun at work and I really don't hear the complaints either. Every environment is different. We have a fun and enthusiastic environment. As far as "connects" go, they are not difficult to get when you plan. My team manages to hit those goals and exceed every week. Maybe all of your experiences were poor due to leadership or environment. |

I am currently being offered a job at RHT as a Account Executive. I am a hard worker, but I do not live to work, I live to live. Do these guys expect you to live to work? Also, around how many hours a week does an Account Executive put in? |
