The USERRA requires companies to allow those in the Reserve or National Guard off for active duty, but it is up to the company whether to continue the employee's salary or pay the differential between their normal salary and their lower military pay.

Does anyone that works for Robert Half know the Robert Half/Accountemps military pay policy?

RHI pays based on your time sheet. It's pretty cut and dry.
