How does Roche Pharmaceuticals stack up against the competition?

Unfortunately, they are outsourcing like crazy. I was one of many victims over the past couple of years, after more than 10 years of service to the company. My job is being performed in India now by an outsourcing company calling themselves "Roche" when they answer the phone. Many of my co-workers were also dismissed, including (at least) one entire department of highly-skilled professionals. Of the few who remain, morale is extremely low and their outlook seems bleak.

I know the competition is selectively outsourcing, but at Roche it's becoming a bloodbath. Sorry for the bad news, but that's what's happening there.
