Run from this job--don't walk--this Manager is a complete psychopath. Has screamed at accounts and then wonders why the rep loses accounts--no decent rep stays with the company when she takes over. Culture--there is no culture--they have completely lost their way and all the good reps and managers have left. Only the worst of the worst would work for this manager. You have been warned.....

Nasty place. I worked at Roche Pharma for more than a decade. It was one of those situations where the work environment eroded slowly enough that I didn't see it, until it got REALLY bad. I'll give you some input, but I would NOT recommend this company for any position.

Jeans? Typically not, depends on the manager.
T-shirts? Never.
Happy hour? There are no happy hours at Roche. Only unhappy days.

The Roche people value profit over people, and I've seen far too many great people discarded after 20+ years of service.
