Our cash compensation philosophy means we offer employees a base pay that is both competitive in the marketplace and internally. We conduct market-based surveys on a regular basis to ensure our pay is consistent with other companies in all the countries where we do business. Performance-based rewards include our incentive pay plan (IPP), alternative rewards and instant compensation.

What kind of 401k match does the company offer? Also is there a vesting period for retirement benefits?

What about tuition assistance? Is there a annual/per employee limit?

Dani--here is additional information for you. Thank you for your interest in Rockwell Collins!

Rockwell Collins also helps you save for retirement by matching a percentage of your contribution, beginning with your first contribution. The company matching contribution is 50 percent of the first 8 percent of eligible compensation that you contribute.

These company matching funds become 100% vested after you have completed three years of service with Rockwell Collins or become age 55.

Employees interested in furthering their education may receive financial assistance through the Tuition Reimbursement Program.
For eligible employees:
1. Individual reimbursement will not exceed $7,500 per fiscal year for undergraduate level courses.
2. Individual reimbursement will not exceed $15,000 per fiscal year for graduate level courses.
