My time at Rothman was reasonable. I could not stay longer than a couple of months because the promise of earnable commissions was not reasonable. You will be lucky to make $ 30,000.00 as the commission rate is about 4.5% of items sold. I guess to the people that are not employed that would be a good deal. It was not for me. The idea that 13 to 15 salespeople on the floor also was not condusive to making a decent living. They also deduct $10.00 per pay period for union dues, that basically is a joke, since the management threatens no cooperation unless you vote in thier favor.
The job security factor does not exist at this company, as they seem to have a revolving door with new hires.
