When I was laid off about 6 months ago, they absolutely were not expanding. To be honest, I am surprised S&A is still around. If you do work for them, I would suggest only doing contract work. I was a full time employee and was in constant fear of downsizing. When I tried to get an honest assessment of the future of my position with my boss, I was basically told that he didn't know. After working there almost two years and having my support area grow from just around Chicago to from Chicago to the upper reaches of Minnesota, I asked for a raise. I was let go less than a month later.

I understand they have had some descrimination issues in the past. I would not reccomend them as the big bang employer.
They dont give raises unless you have extended relations within the company, and they have a very high turnover. Expantion?..LOL..I think not.

S&A is not a company I would run too at all!
They work you like a dog and toss you to the side when projects are complete. Vacation is iffy..and HR is rude about it.
