To be honest, the pay was decent for my position when I was hired, which is part of the reason I took the job. However, after nearly two years of working there, there was never even a cost of living raise even though they constantly changed the job description. The benefits are there, but they aren't very good. Luckily I never had to use the health benefits, but coworkers told me that the insurance plan was very bare boned. Two weeks vacation (if you are a full time employee, which they are hiring very few of these days) which is subject to availability and the hope that they haven't already scheduled you out to a project.
