What's the company culture at SONY BMG Music Entertainment?

Every business has it's own style. What is the office environment and culture like at SONY BMG Music Entertainment?

Are people dressed in business casual, jeans and t-shirts, or full-on suits? Do folks get together for Friday happy hours and friendly get-togethers?

What is a typical day in the life of an employee at SONY BMG Music Entertainment?

I can only comment on the IT Department over at SONY BMG

The people are great but the IT Management over work the staff and underpay. The turnaround is very high. Very few of the staff are ever brought into full time and can stay consultants for years.

It's a very casual environment. I resigned over a year ago but that is how it was when I was there. If you interview for any techinical services job please try to speak to the current staff.
