Stg International Interview Questions.

It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at Stg International?

Any advice on striking the right note?

May sound "Cliche" but be yourself when you get that call from a STG Representative. They are very down to earth, just be your good ol' professional self.

There are no interview tips because they work with many federal agencies who will do the actual personal interview. That is where you need to bring your "A Game".

This is a horrible small company to work for. This company does NOT care about their staff. Pay cuts for lacks of funds. STG is always constantly struggling to keep a contract with the government year to year.
NO JOB SECURITY. Positions get eliminated with no notice. If you call to inquire about anything or you need help, you never get answers. STG does NOT back up their contract employees. They are ready to fire anyone on the spot, Schedules consists of rotating to day, evening and night shift every month. And plenty of times we have had all three shifts scheduled in one month. And worse, we have been scheduled evening shift (3pm-1130pm) and had to return to work for day shift (7am-3:30pm) the next day. Also, you can request to work evening or night shift but not day shift. They have mandatory staff meetings and trainnings twice a week, so you have to come in twice a week even on your days off. Can't even make plans on your days off. The schedule is not flexible at all.
Every chance they get to treat their staff like garbage. They tell you when you complain about something, to be greatful you have a job and that if you report anything that you'll be terminated. I have never worked for a company who doesn't appreciate their staff like this company.
Overall, they are an arrogant, greedy company that knows how awful they treat their employees but simply do not care.
No moral and professional ethic
2- No skilled manager
5- Work has no value
6- no support, no manager to help, the treatment that any employee gets is the worst part, in an indirect way they tell you "you are nobody and nothing"
Their HR is a joke.
