Horrible management in Fullerton, California

Real poor human resources. Jim burrs helps no one but management. Todd holes the new store manager needs to go back to Macy's, he dances around like a bear and doesn't really care about employees problems.

Love to sell in Costa Mesa, California

I really will be shocked if the store Store stays open. It is an everyday struggle for pennies. 100% commission job for sales people. There are weeks I only make $200.00 for 40 hours work. Benefits are poor and management is not supportive. Human resources guy is like talking to a wall. He's not helpful. I've asked for help on various things from management and they seldom get back to you. It's basically a big box store with poor management and executive team that doesn't give you the time of day. I worked in a boutique that brought in more business then the whole store. Very unstable, very scary.
