I do not feel that the online application is a fair representation of who I am,Especally the assessment section. If you are trying to follow the lead of Wal-Mart and Target, in trying to use the assessment section to determine what kind of employee I'd be, then your prone to failure!!That assessment means absolutly nothing!!!

The assessment is a piece o crap, what a joke, any dumb fool can do that. I lied all the from #1 to #60 and it allowed me to schedule an interview. I was happy to final get one god damn interview for a sales job that would pay me about 7-8 dollars an hour, okay, I need a part-time job. BUT hear this, I'm a college grad with 3.8 GPA and cannot get a job.

Anyway, Sears local (store) HR people called to cancel the appointment because of something not schedule with the manager--what? come again. They were lying about canceling the appointment, but not clear about the reason.

Now, I got an email (after 2 weeks) saying how my application has expired, BUT I can use this company (their new partner) to apply for job...........WHAT? It does not make any freaking sense. Let me get this straight SEARS, you are let me go, but promoting your new partner to me. What a mean joke to play on people.

I hope people read this and take note and move on to some other store/company. Learn from our lessons.

I filled out the online application as well and went to the interview and got an even better job than I asked for. Im also a college grad with a 3.02 GPA. I believe the questions do tell a lot about a person.
