Was hired at Sears Call Center in Longowod to set appointments for Home Improvement Reps. to go out. Just go there and apply. Sears is well-known for very expensive, inferior workmanship on home impprovement. Even on their TV program where they find poor and/or disabled families and remodel homes, there is one home that is a disgrace. The owners cannot even move into it, and Sears has not fixed problems so that people can move into house. If you don't mind ripping people off by overcharging them for labor and materials and poor workmanship, then SEARS HOME IMPROVEMENT is the job for you! You may be jammed in an overcrowded call center room with inferior tools, and broken down office furniture to do your job. There is no parking. Parking is off site, you have to park 1 mile away and catch their rickety bus. If bus driver is late,oh well, its your fault, you are considered late to work. So you have to get to parking lot 1/2 hour early to insure you will be on time. That is the reason that Sears ALWAYS has openings. |
