It's a great job, however... if you don't get MPA (Master Protection Agreements) on your sales, you will get HOUNDED. It's their warranty and you will get complaints a lot about it. A lot of it is to blame with the K-Mart merger and their horrible customer service area. Biggest complaint? Customer Service people hanging up on you and late servicemen that have no idea what they are doing. The sales people are good people, but unfortunately the warranty we offer has been flimsy as of late and if you don't sell them and maintain a certain percentage you can actually get fired. I love being a salesmen, but it hard backing a service that doesn't live up to its former name. |

I was surprised by the lack of push to sell PAs at sears, but it is a lot easier because i guess more people trust sears more. but yeah I love working with people, and I get paid so well considering I'm only 16. most people my age have the most boring and easy jobs making minimum. I love it. |
