I might start training as an assistant store coach / operations manager in November. I just had another interview, and they extended a job offer.
I would like to know what the starting yearly pay should be, or an average. Just something to go by when we talk money.
Thanks for any replies!

I would not take anything less that 45K - 50K. Really depends on what kind of education you have and how well you can sell yourself. That is a tough job though, Sears puts alot of responsibilty on the shoulders of their Operations Managers.

I just graduated from school and am in the Kmart training to be a store coach. Starting salary is pretty attractive at 45K to start, and training so far is fun and really enjoyable. Although, I will admit I did get a good store and am lucky and even the store manager says the same thing.
