Allen in Tennessee in Maryville, Tennessee 62 months ago	Another agreement. I see equal treatment and opportunity across Sears departments. I work in lawn & garden. An area you would think would be all men. We have one lady that has been there many years and does a tremendous job. She went out on leave and we hired another young lady to come into the department. Across the store, women serve in many (most) of the management roles. My district manager is a woman. So, I can't see how anyone can say Sears is sexist! - Was this comment helpful? That's why in all apparel stores there's a position called 'Men" or "women," is it Sears fault for not accepting women applicants for Men's fitting room? When there's a Women's fitting room?
