Hi. I applied online and it sent me to a screen with all these dates I could be interviewed. I chose the 29th of August at 6pm. I was told to find the HR office and that would be it. I am seeing horror stories of the interviewing process...should I call the store and get in touch with HR to be sure I can be interviewed earlier in the day? Also, I work for Taco Bell/KFC (combination store) and I was rehired there. I started there when the store was new so policies and different things were not ironed out. SO I quit the first time...I then came back a few months later in need of a job again, and I was told that the store was ironed out and things had calmed down and I would receive a better orientation and a better training and get the option of being on cash register. Well now I find out I am only going to get like 5 hours a week there, and my manager is saying mean things about me behind my back, when I am not working. She said I was stupid and couldn't do anything right, that I was slow and I shouldn't even get the 5 hours I have and that I should go through retard training. I was very hurt when my friends I work with told me, and they were upset as well...If I explain this to the interviewer will this hurt my chances of getting a job? Thanks guys |

I wouldn't tell the person who interviews you that your boss says mean things about you. If you tell them that you're boss said you're stupid then they will think that there's a 50-50 chance that it's true. If you really want the job then you should probably tell them that everything is going great there except that you want more hours- or maybe that you don't like working with food. |
