I was recently laid off from my sears store, I was a lead, I love my store and most of the people I worked with. My now old store manager felt really bad about letting me go, and I hold no ill will toward the store. I recently found out about a lead position at another nearby store and applied because I need a job and I know the whole store because I have worked in all parts of a FLS. I don't know that I really want to go back. I loved my store we were like a family and I have been told that not all stored are like that. I don't really care for the company at all, I feel that I couldn't really help customers because I would have to call one source or ROR and have them deal with problems. Sears doesn't pay anyone enough and I just don't know if I should go back. Would you go back if you were me? |

My mom is or was in the same place as you, she was a lead at the sears here in savannah and was let forced in to early retirement, now she has been told that the store manger made a mistake in letting her go. Sear's is not the same as it use to be. She put in 26 years with the company and now has been in contact with a few people here that have told her that she is better off. I dont know about you store manger but here in savannah they dont stay that long. |
