I would like to know wut they ask in the first interview. I've applied online so I have an interview coming up but I have no idea what they are going to ask so somebody help me out so I wont stress too much about it. Thanks :D |

They ask you stupid questions like where do you see yourself in 5 years...two people interviewed me and it felt like interregation...or interview for CEO..really unnecessary.. |

They ask you a marathon of questions! Ugh then they do some psychological crap and make you pic four pictures and the manager asks you questions about them. I just got hired there like two weeks ago and I was shocked that I had to go through 3 interviews, pee in a cup, and background check to get hired. Jeez and for what minimum wage? It's an okay job though but if you need money then this is not for you. |

They will ask you Why Sears? How do you see your interest fitting with us? (I personally love that question, because if it was me, I'd be brain dead).
