teacup darling in Los Angeles, California 20 months ago	I would like to know wut they ask in the first interview. Spanish Johnny in North Hollywood, California 18 months ago	They ask you a marathon of questions! Ugh then they do some psychological crap and make you pic four pictures and the manager asks you questions about them. I just got hired there like two weeks ago and I was shocked that I had to go through 3 interviews, pee in a cup, and background check to get hired. Jeez and for what minimum wage? ezra in Louisville, Kentucky 18 months ago	They will ask you Why Sears? How do you see your interest fitting with us? (I personally love that question, because if it was me, I'd be brain dead). Thanks :D How flexible are your available hours? Can you work weekends? Can you come in early enough to help open the store (registers)? Can you stay late enough to help close the store? Are you team oriented or more of a loaner? Give me an example of a problem you faced and how you solved it. What department would be your first choice to work in and why? Are you team oriented? Are you a problem solver? Do you like people? Have you done this kind of work before? Are you a quick learner? How well do you handle criticism? A Customer comes to you, wanting this. What do you do?
