Recently all managers and leads had to go through daily training sessions - to learn how to do each other's jobs. Does anyone know the purpose of that? Are there more changes coming that we don't know about??

It's possible that they are consolidating positions in the company in order to save money.

yea they are doing a manager "hands on" theory now where instead of sitting in their offices all day they are actually going to start working on the floor for once.

lol, if the are really doing that, are they really calling it the "hands on" theory; serious or not, that made me pee my pants, lol!!!
