sears pension

I was terminated from sears middleburg heights 1430 after 15 years for smoking a cigarette in basement.I know this was wrong but i wasnot the only one including managers and leads alsosmoking in unauthorized areas. this was done to eliminate another fta associate. Anways to get to the point i submitted forms for my lumpsum pension. Told it could take up to 90 days. Called back after 80 days to confirm. Told to call back in 20 more days if no answer.Called back and was told form submitted was outdated reapply. Reapplied and waited 90 more days for confirmation. Finally received check after some 7 months.If you are planning on retiring make sure you apply well ahead or you will be dicked around as long as they can possiblytry.
