No their customer service does not stack up to anyone out there. Unfortunately SCI is so worried about money and effieciency that they stress their employees out to the point they cannot give the service they really would like to. Employees are going without lunch, breaks, and a lot of time have to wait a long time for a bathroom break...how do you think this transcends to great family customer service?
