Picture this: An Executive Chef with a well-run kitchen has prep-cooks that do all of the necessary preparations for the day;sous chefs to do the various specialties within the kitchen; and an expeditor to do a final quality control check before the final product is brought to the customer.
Why, then, in any manager's right mind, with glorious revues, and orders piling up, would you take all of the help out of the kitchen and leave the preparatory work, cooking, and quality checks to a single chef, then compliain when the quality was lacking?
Inexperience and poor organization...plain and simple...find a different opportunity.
