DOn't try unless you want to be miserable! Very high turnover, unfriendly people, prima dona partners looking for personal assistants, incredible workload

xxx in West Chester sounds like someone who just wasn't hapy. There are plenty of people here, like myself, who have been here for years and find it to be a very friendly, welcoming and appreciative place to work. In the 4 plus years I have been here most people that left on their own accord have come back. They realized the grass isn't greener.....
You are expected to work hard and you are given every resource to be successful. Your hard work does not go unnoticed and is always appreciated.

Trust me the grass is way greener and what a bunch of BS... people don't come back...they run for the doors first chance they get.

This person wouldn't know anything about being friendly..rude, foul mouthed, & unprofessional are her better qualities.

In all fairness, there are some very nice people that work here...all searching the want ads in hopes of escaping..

That was a very "professional" response to someone with a legitimate question.

If you are still interested, you should find out for yourself. Each person has a different experience. Some are good and some are bad. Clearly, LM did not have a good one and that is very unfortunate. Maybe they will post their full name and we might have abetter insight as to why their experience was not a good one. In either case, good luck with your job search whether you pursue SMART or another company.

This posting has been out there a long time even on Craigslist several times. Must be some truth to the negative comments and some reason it's not being filled. Several EA positions have been posted in the last few months so what does that tell you? "Great companies" that pay well don't continually lose people for no reason.
