Sodexo Interview Questions.

It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at Sodexo?

The only advice i can offer is DO NOT APPLY FOR JOBS WITH SODEXO! They are dishonest, don't know how to treat their employees and will fire you for nothing. I will say it again, DO NOT APPLY FOR JOBS WITH THIS COMPANY!

It's more of a waiting game - if you really want to work for Sodexo, wait for them to have a mass hiring at the beginning of the fall semester, and be sure to show up looking professional and prepared to talk about your food service experience. They hire herds of people, and then lay off quite a few after the semester starts and their University contract isn't paying so much attention to them any more. Also, they do a background check to see if you have theft, assault or rape on your record, but they do not drug test their employees. I suspect this is a tool for their managers to have a ready line of junkies to take the fall.
