What do you think - will Sodexo grow fast? Are they expanding their staff? How does Sodexo stack up against the competition?

Sodexo is a formidable competitor. I think it is odd they dropped the "h" from their name, but it makes it harder to "Google" the bad stuff about their company. I really think their competitor, Aarmark is going to take the lead. Of all the similar companies, Aarmark typically takes their contracts and does a better job, at least out front where it matters. Sodexo tends to have little clans of managers and associates at each of their accounts who operate under the "Look busy, here comes Jesus," mentality. When I worked there, it was really lax until an inspector or someone important from corporate was scheduled to arrive. That is when the employees were really leaned on. I think their "Corporate culture" is going to shoot them in the foot. IT would be beneficial for Sodexo to start moving managers around or at least consistently train managers and supervisors. Send them to another account in the next city over, have them shadow management there. I think if eyes are constantly open and on these people, they will less likely make mistakes or "shack up" under the guise of employment and merely collect a check - they might actually do their jobs, fairly and as prescribed.
