Every business has its own style. What is the office environment and culture like at Sodexo? Are people dressed in business casual, jeans and t-shirts, or full-on suits? Do folks get together for Friday happy hours and friendly get-togethers? What is a typical day in the life of an employee at Sodexo? |

Sodexo is involved in food service so you will never find the employees in jeans - you must be in uniform such as chef jackets, company shirts and head hats. There are no long nails, jewelry allowed becuase you will be working with food. You will be on your feet all day working in a fast pace environment. |

No Trabaje para Sodexo pagan una miseria. Don't work for Sodexo unless you want to be overworked and underpaid. Employees are not treated with respect. No matter what position you hold or know no raises of more than a dollar are given, you have to wait a year for sick, personal, and vacation time. The benefits suck. The HR setup at this company is unreal you have to call an 1-800 number to get HR issues resolved. I'm glad I don't work there anymore. |

The company culture at Sodexo sucks. Management follows the rules when it is convenient for them; however, in their eyes, it is only important that you follow the rules. This company is unethical and has been found guilty of many questionable practices. Search for Sodezo and lawsuits in google, you might be suprised what you see; I however, was not. |

Every manager I have dealt with at Sodexo, and there have been many, has been unethical and has been under-skilled for management positions. Human resources is a joke as well. Management is not pro-active, they are reactive. And whatever you do, don't complain about anything, they will find a way to blame you. Sodexo is a dishonest company with absolutly no morals or ethics. Stay away!!! |

Much of the after-hours events are cliques from work, they aren't really open to everyone, and it leads to inside jokes and management inappropriately hanging out with employees. They do throw a Christmas party where they cook up foods they were going to throw away over the break, a manager dresses as Santa Claus and that is about it. They do a gift basket raffle and then it's all over in two hours and we are booted off. |

Don't work for sodexo unless you want to be discriminated against, be littled and underpaid!!!!I had to file charges against them for good reasons, which I can't elaborate on at this time for legal reasons! They suck! These people cant manage wiping their collective butts!!! Is this polite enough for all of you? The truth hurts and so does working for sodexo!!!!I know sodexo should be capitalized, but they don't deserve a capital letter! They have have had and will continue to have lawsuits because of the corrupt culture that runs this s---hole!!This is reasonable, because this has happened to me!!!! |

Incompetent low level managers, culture of disrespect for low level labor, constant reduction in hours while requiring the same quantity of work to be done. All companies fail from the top down. I suspect the further up the chain you go, the larger the falure uou will find. Casual wear fridays arent much of a worry here, sweat shop tactics are. |
