Does anyone know what the environment as well as what its like to work for the customer service center at SCE? I applied for the position in Rancho Cucamonga but would like to know what its like to work there? Is there potential for growth? Are the managers fair (management style)? How often do you get your pay rate increased? |

How often do you get your pay rate increased? No, sadly I didnt get the job. It's ok though because I happened to land another job with another company that pays me 50% more then what SCE was offering. As far as the interview goes- you will be asked 3 situational questions. They have a list of questions so you can get asked to answer any. They are type of questions like "have you ever and what did you do?" For example, have you even dealt with an irate customer and if so how did you deal with it? Have you ever had to go above and beyond your call of duty and if so provide examples. Questions are super easy. From what I was told your answers get a scored and then they are forwarded to HR. I think its a bunch of bolony!!! They dont score your answers they just give you a pass or fail... Dont be nervouse, like I said the questions are super easy!!!! Good Luck. |
