If you want this position, they require that you know MICROSOFT ILLUSTRATOR. If you do not have this experience, they will not consider you. I already applied for this position and recieved a phone call from their HR dept.

people wear normal everyday clothes like jeans and a t-shirt. as for the get together on fridays, it doesn't happen. it would be nice though. typical day for working for spencers is that you get treated like crap. If your a female you you get looked at like you are street trash, and if you are a male you get looked at like a drug addicted.
