What are the average starting salaries, bonuses, benefits and travel requirements like at Spherion? What do you like best about working at Spherion? Are there any great perks or special treats for employees? |

I could only stand working for Spherion for a month. Maybe I should have bought boots to walk on the concrete floors all day (well, 5AM-3PM), but the killer for me was when they wanted an honest assessment of what I thought of the job and of the agency. I didn't want to hurt their feelings, so I didn't answer. When they forced me to, I told them what I thought. And it was hideous. Opportunity for advancement? are you kidding? How does your supervisor treat you? (like a 5-year-old.) Probably the worst place I've ever worked. |

If you did not like your placement, you should have said so. You did not work at a Spherion office, but a temp assignment right? Spherion in Boise is great! |
