Spherion

I started working for this company in August 2008. The payroll department does not confirm payroll. People are not getting paid for time worked. They tell lies about paying you. The same people that recruit are the ones that pay. It is making me very angry and frustrated 9/15 was pay day. My check was nearly $700 I have not gotten it yet. I am not at work, my tires are bad on my car and I have bills to pay. The branch manager takes no interest for the employees and hides behind the wall. Every week somebody is not being paid. This last payroll 30 people did not get paid. I have called their HR deparment in employee relations. Today is 9/23 my money is not in my accounts or on this inconvient pay card. I was told I would be paid. I am very upset and today I will get their corporate managers involved. If they change payroll employees this would not happen. People would get paid as expected. Right now, I am looking for another job. SPHERION IS NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO WORK FOR. IT IS A WASTE OF TIME. IAM DISAPPOINTED THAT PAYDAY WAS 9/15 I AM STILL NOT PAID< MISSING WORK and PAYDAY IS AGAIN THIS WEEK. WILL I BE PAID??? BBB IS CLOSE TO BEING CALLED TODAY...
