Think about it...

While I agree that a lot of agencies and recruiters are shady, they work off of commission. The only way they make money is if they place candidates. Obviously many of the people that write these postings are unplaceable candidates, because if they were any good I can assure you that a recruiter would place them (and make money off of them). Unfortunately, shame on the agencies for not following up and letting the candidate know that they can't place them, or by giving them some tips to make them more viable.
