Getting a job at Sprint?

I have applied at Sprint for several positions. Currently, 4 resumes say "Under Review" and 3 resumes that I just sent yesterday say "Under Consideration" which I have noticed always say that when I first submit my resume and then the status will change a couple days later. But, yesterday I got an email asking me to enter my previous employment history, education and criminal history. I have applied for several positions before and I have never gotten this email. So, generally speaking does this mean I might get an interview?

Does anyone know the step by step process for getting a job at Sprint? I have submitted my resume, gotten and email to verify my employment and gave permission to do a background check. Next, do I get an interview??
