Unresponsive to posted searches

Sprint/Nextel are like the majority of most Companies today when recruiting employees. They are clueless! They have unqualified HR people scanning documents for "action words" rather than applicants abilities and qualifications. They do not acknowledge that your resume was received or that the jobs been filled. No thanks you for applying, nothing! Thanks to the internet, employee recruiting has become so impersonal.
It's no wonder employeers complain about the fact that they can not find qualified employees or that turn over is high.

Wildman, I agree. I've tried to send resumes, apply online, and followup with calls, but this is one of the hardest places to get through to. They post jobs that are needed in Kansas City area and are even critical according to people I talk to, yet unresponsive.
