I am a freshman, I have some questions

I applied for starbucks waiter. The job is full-time. Does everyone know that does starbucks offer a trainning about coffee knowledge before I work formally?

Yes it does. Typically, in the states, you would have twenty four hours of training before you begin actually serving customers. Should you run into any difficulty and need more information... further coffee knowledge, let me know right away. I have ten years of coffee knowledge, and I can forward you some literature.
