No way I will spend 20 minutes fill out a job app at this stage

I hate when companies ask you to fill out a 20 minute profile when you are one of 200 people. This is what job boards are for. We have already spent days filling out these apps on monster, hotjobs, etc. This company has a lot of nerve. If you want a fricken 20 minute app filled out, wait until we show up at the job location itself!

I agree this is a joke.

I mailed my resume to this company, and was called by someone that was looking forward to meeting me. but he states that i had to apply on line first, company policy. so i applied on line -compeleted the 19 pages of questions, and a week later got a card in the mail saying that i was not what they were looking for. i did not understand this, what did i fail the 19 page questionaire
